We see all patients on an appointment basis, and ask that you call in advance so that we may reserve the appropriate amount of time for you. We try to see all patients on time, and request that you extend the same courtesy to us.

We encourage you to call with questions you may have concerning dental problems. Our staff is trained to answer most questions. If your call requires that the doctor speak with you, please leave a message and the doctor will return your call at the earliest opportunity.

We recognize that emergency situations do arise and we will do everything in our power to respond to your problem as quickly as possible.

Because exposure to tobacco is hazardous to your health, we ask that you refrain from smoking while in this office.

The new patient forms can be completed online and the the information will automatically update your file.
By filling out these forms ahead of time, you will save significant time at your first visit. If you have any questions when filling out these forms, please do the best you can, our staff will assist you with your questions on the day of your visit. We will make a copy of your insurance card when you arrive for your visit. Please bring a list of your current medications, including vitamins and any supplements.

Our office is committed to providing you with the best dental care available which includes making the cost of treatment easy. To assist you in your dental care investment we offer cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Care Credit.

Dental Insurance

Dental insurance is intended to cover some, but not all, of the cost of your dental care. Most plans include coinsurance, a deductible and other expenses, which must be paid by the patient. Please bring your dental insurance plan information with you to your first visit and our office will work with you to assure that you receive the maximum benefits to which you are entitled. Our office staff will file all the necessary information with your insurance company. The difference between the insurance estimate and the charge will be payable at the end of each visit.
